I wouldn't see balance issues with this unit as it is VERY vulnerable and has no weapons. It's a weak supply truck that can accept 2 squads and replenish losses like all other halftracks. For those of you who aren't aware, this unit is already in the game but it only exists in campaign and ToW. This is just so players that chose t4 have a way to replenish infantry units and have their own retreat point. This unit would be added to t4 and have the same exact fallback mechanic as the M5 halftrack.

It would have a setup time and halftracks with the AA mount would not be able to act as a retreat point. M5 halftrack can be deployed in a stationary position within connected territory and act as a fallback point, similar to how opel supply trucks can be deployed. (300 manpower or so.) Mainly because they're expensive and not too hard to kill.

Soviet: -Forward HQ can now purchase a fallback upgrade. These are just my ideas and i'd love to hear your ideas and whether or not you guys agree. Now that the Americans and OKW have some sort of fallback point, I thought it would be neat if the soviets and wehrmacht did too.
